Cancellation and Refund Policy
- In case Course training is not started, the Student may cancel such respective Course by sending an e-mail at cancelations@growthlabs.academy.
- In case of cancelation fourteen (14) calendar days prior Course training start, the Academy shall refund to the Student any paid funds deducted for any bank or online payment fees for processing refunds back to Student. The cancelation notice must be sent no later than midnight of the fourteenth (14th) calendar day before the Course start date. In event of a dispute over timely notice, the burden to prove rests on the Student.
- In case of cancelation seven (7) calendar days prior Course training start, the Academy shall refund to the Student the paid funds deducted for the Registration Fee amount (as stipulated in Student Enrolment Contract signed between the Student and the Academy), as well as any bank or online payment fees for processing refunds back to Student. The cancelation notice must be sent no later than midnight of the seventh (7th) calendar day before the Course start date. In event of a dispute over timely notice, the burden to prove rests on the Student.
- Costs Student has for any additional materials or equipment requirements are not reimbursed back by the Academy and are not part of payments paid by Student to Academy. Student purchases such material and equipment based on Academy specifications, so Course may be followed successfully, however, for its own behalf and for its own account.
- In case Student terminates the Course training after classes had begun, the following costs shall not be refunded (in aggregate):
- the Registration Fee,
- the cost of any materials or equipment which are not part of anything Academy provides, but are obtained by Student on its own behalf and for its own account,
- any overdue tuition amount owed to the Academy up until the termination date and
- any applicable payment or bank fees associated and incurred.

All refunds will be paid within thirty (30) calendar days from the Student’s official termination date.
