In today’s fast-paced job market, traditional education systems often struggle to keep pace with technological advances that are reshaping industries. Our idea is to present the transformative power of non-formal education and the wide range of courses offered by Growth Labs Academy to secondary school students, emphasizing their key role in career development.
Non-formal education encompasses a wide range of learning opportunities that are outside of traditional academic settings. This includes online courses, boot camps, workshops, certifications and self-study resources. Unlike conventional education, non-formal education is typically more flexible, accessible and tailored to the immediate needs of learners and industries.
For our idea to become a reality, we decided to visit several secondary schools in Skopje and present the work of Growth Labs Academy to them, to explain to them what a lesson looks like, with what dynamics our programs are taught and why the non-formal education is the ideal solution for them. So, this is exactly why we started our Growth Labs journey, creating the High School Caravan.
Our first stop of the High School Caravan was Vasil Antevski Dren school and a total of 20 students participated in the presentation, then Dimitar Vlahov high school where we met with 30 students. During the visit to the high school Zdravko Cvetkovski GUC, we met 120 students. The High School Caravan continued to the Mihajlo Pupin high school and there we were met by 80 students, and our last stop was the Koco Racin school, where 60 students attentively followed our lecture.
During these meet-ups, we got to know them more closely, we presented them with the programs offered by Growth Labs Academy, the advantages that the programs bring, why it is important to choose a quality program that offers an instant career start, how to easily and simply learn it the material and much more.
We are happy to have met 310 wonderful students, who welcomed us with great pleasure and who listened with interest to all the information we shared with them.
Our mission has been fulfilled, because we motivated 370 high school students not to give up on their dreams and to choose the career path that will bring them to success, together with Growth Labs Academy.
