    The first week serves as an introduction to the world of lead generation. Participants will be onboarded and familiarized with the course structure, setting clear expectations for the journey ahead. The week wraps up with a discussion and Q&A session, allowing participants to consolidate their learning and clarify any doubts.

  • Week 2: Understanding the IT Outsourcing Business

    In the second week, the course dives into the IT outsourcing industry, exploring its history, significance, and the pros and cons. Participants will gain insights into various business models, particularly focusing on the services offered by Growth Labs. The week emphasizes understanding the value of outsourcing and aligning company value propositions with client needs, culminating in a session that ties together lead generation’s importance in the outsourcing business.

  • Week 3: In Depth Industry Knowledge and Market Research

    This week is dedicated to in-depth industry knowledge and market research. Participants will explore current market trends and demands in IT outsourcing, with a special focus on key markets like the US, UK, and Western Europe.
